((OOC: K!rsten it's fine, we all do that. And no, the post doesn't need to be deleted. Are we looking for a fight scene here or just a quick win and then interrogation? Sorry it took me so long. My computer has been giving me a hard time so I had to reinstall the OS.))

{Sorry I was gone for so long. Actually, I was thinking of something different... And I deleted the post--irrevelent. Sorry}
"Sayoshayant."
Oh, crud, Ksoyo thought. "Oh, it's you, Tigori." She waved a hand and the form of the three Church Members vanished. In its place stood a tiger. "I'm sorry I thought you would still be a couple of days."
Through the tiger's growls and grunts, Ksoyo got the message that there was a big disturbance in the Church's Headquarters. That's why they're going all screwry, attacking this way.
"Don't worry," she told the others not noticing their reactions. Shogasake turned to a cat to take a message from the tiger's collar. Ksoyo took it and wrote. "Tell the wolves to start attacking, but only feinting. The note, give to L'Sol. It's urgent."
She waved her hand and the seeming fit the tiger again. Ksoyo shook her head, wondering why the Akane'azar thought to change animals when it was effort-consuming. With a growl she set him on his way again.
Sighing, she turned to face the other two.

Emrys watched these precedings with a certain amount of confusion, though he decided not to interrupt. Solobrion quickly turned tiger to help him with translating the tiger's message. His eyes widened at the news. He tried to muster a certain amount of patience as Ksoyo talked to the tiger, and then as soon as she turned back to him his questions just seemed to flow out of him. It was hard not to, considering the circumstances. "You-he-I-". He went on like this for a couple of seconds, muttering odd nonsense syllables which conveyed a general sense of shock and confusion. Then he formulated his sentence so it made slightly more sense. "That tiger knows what's going on in the Church's HQ? What did the note say? Who is L'Sol? And how on Jruuska did one being become three? Or was it an illusion? What was the tiger? Was it really a tiger? Or really three people? And how-" He cut off, realizing that however little sense this made to him, it probably made even less sense to Kayla. Sol, catch her up on this, kay? And... try not to lay on too much simplicism? She is a human, given, but she is a human with the specific job of being smart, so just don't insult her. Not bothering to check on Kayla in person, he turned back to Ksoyo, waiting for answers. Solobrion walked over to Kayla's d?mon, having forgot his name in the recent confusion. "Anything in particular you're confused about?" she purred. She didn't have to make Kayla seem stupid, but it couldn't hurt to be nice.

Kayla had been studying witches most of the past years of her life. But never had she heard about this type of thing. Dominus turned to Solobrion and said "Mostly everything I guess." Kayla looked down to Dominus why those accusation eyes. Smiling the white tiger didn't pay much attention and went on. "We've been studying the past and almost everything about witches, but the thing it that, reading books is a lot more different than actually being with one and seeing how they really are. So I guess from what we are seeing now, we still have a lot to learn from you."

Solobrion smiled back at Dominus. She was glad to finally find someone who didn't find the witches overall creepy, which happened a lot. "Maybe we could do a trade-off. I'll explain about witches, and you'll explain about humans!" Pausing for a second, she then continued, "Witches, as you know, can do magic, but there are some things that that can't do without bad results. For instance, turning one thing into three things of a different type will result in either three identical clones, which those witches weren't, or three people who are each only a third as smart as the original. However, once this has been cast it is permanent until someone reverses it. However, an illusion must be maintained every second. There may be a way for that to not be necessary, but I don't know it. So both become quite unlikely. Jruuska is one of the goddesses of our mythology; she is the goddess of ice, and the daughter of the queen god. With me so far?" She paused to let this all sink in. "Now, all those words you heard Ksoyo say are focus words. The way spells work is that you summon up your power, and then focus it with a focus object that determines where it goes, sort of like using an hourglass in bright daylight to burn a piece of paper. There are many different choices of focuses. The first kind, which she used, is words. Focus words are always in another language, usually the native language of the witch tribe, sometimes not. Only really dumb people speak focus words in common, because then a)Everyone else knows what your spell will do, and b)you might fall into the habit of setting fire to things when you said FIRE, and then one day you would be talking about campfires and BOOM!!!! "The second kind of focus can be more powerful, but is more risky. This one involves focusing very strongly on the object you are going to affect, and then in your mind seeing it do exactly what you want it to. Not many use this because it requires a huge amount of concentration, and not being distracted by anything else. "The third kind is a wand or staff. These you point at what you want to affect, and depending on what gem you have fixed to them, the power you pour into it will be excreted in different ways, but always in a straight bolt that keeps on going until it reaches the object. For instance, to set fire to something you would take a staff with a ruby and then point it at the object while pouring your power into it, and a bolt of flame would shoot out at the object, setting fire to it. "The fourth kind is hand gestures. For instance, say you want to make something explode. You might turn to it, and then, lining your hands up with the object either horizontally or vertically, you would bring your hands together and then violently fling them out. "The fifth kind, which Emrys uses, is called mindsearching. This involves actually taking your mind out of your body and moving it into whatever you want it to affect. So for instance, if he wanted to freeze something he would move his mind into the very atoms of it's existence and shove them closer together with raw power, which means that there usually is some way for it to go wrong. However, he likes it because it is very easy to do for him, for his mind likes flitting about anyway." Solobrion took a huge breath after all that talking. She hoped she hadn't bored them to death. "Any other questions?" ((OOC: Yes, I know I'm making up a huge amount. The books never explain how they use their magic, so I needed to have some explanation for it...))

((OOC: Nah that's okay, this is what makes an RPG better than a book, coz you can actually made up or add stuff to it to your own pleasure ))
Usually Kayla would let Dominus do all the talking and listening and then he would tell Kayla about it later. But now, she was fully turned towards Solobrion, listening to him. Paying attention to every little detail about it. She had read books from people who had went to study witches themselves, but they never really had a close encounter with them, they would study them from afar, so most of the things were just made ups.
"Any other questions?" Solobrion said after finishing his explanation. Dominus looked up towards Kayla, who's eyes were attentive to the knowledge. Then turned back to Solobrion and said "I think this will cover some stuff for now. If we ever have any other questions, we'll ask you."
Kayla turned to Emrys and said "So then I guess I was right to laught about all these books about witches using wands made out of wood huh?"

((Oops. I should slap myself for being so absent. BAD Emrys BAD.)) "Well, I suppose it could be done, just not efficient. Umm... if that's all - Ksoyo, I would like to know, by the way - I suggest we follow Shogasake to the Church. This -chaos? Something of that sort, I'm not good at Tiger - should be the perfect cover to sneek in and find out information, perhaps free some d?mons." He glanced carefully around to make sure no one besides them heard them.

Charmine dropped silently from the roof to approach the small cluster of people. Aeschylus her begal tiger d?mon growled a hello to the other tiger d?mons. "Hello?" Charmine queried lightly. She had been watching them for a while now. They were the only group who looked interesting around there.

Emrys whipped around, his heart pounding, furious at himself that he had gotten so caught up in explanation that he had forgotten about keeping watch. "Who are you?" he demanded. "Are you a friend of the Church or a foe?" His mind leaped about, searching for any method of defense. Solobrion flashed into a snake, flashed hissing towards Aeschylus, stopping just short of him, hissing warningly. Emrys tried to detach a part of his mind to pull the wind towards her, so that if she should turn out to be an enemy he could hopefully catch her in a whirlwind. The resultant breeze was just enough to send his short hair streaming (kind of) from his head. Some people's hair are made for streaming; graceful, beautiful, long, and wavy. Leave it to say that his wasn't, and the result made him look for all the world like a caged ferret with a bad hair day. This seeming was further justified when a low growling started in his throat. He let his mind touch the barest surfaces of Ksoyo's and Kayla's minds. Ksoyo, Kayla. Be ready for a fight. he thought, letting the message reverbrate slightly through both his and their minds. He and Solobrion then stood absolutely still, poised for a fight but ready to relax if it was a friend.

"Relax!" said Charmine bewildered, " I don't like the church either, they took my family." Aeschylus bowed low to show submission and peace. " We saw what happened over there," she gestured to where the other tiger was. Aeschylus flattened his hears to his head and growled so low that it traveled throught vibrations instead of soundwaves. Aeschylus slowly stood up and sniffed the other snake d?mon, careful not to stray into biting range. This person looked nice but the other females with him looked slightly out of place. Crouching low, Aeschylus slinked his way to the other d?mons. Charmine looked at him, eager for a translation or explanation. She herself stood quietly waiting to see if the man would accept her enough to at least give her an explanation. Slowly, she slipped into a trance like those when solving picture puzzles. Charmine sighed and Aeschylus prowled back to her side, promptly curling up, and closed his brilliantly tawny eyes. She eyed the other women in the group. They looked pretty hostile and ready to fight. In a golden flash Aeschylus jumped up, long teeth bared, needle filled paws and bristling fur. His warm tawny honey colored eyes instantly froze over and became an impenatrable barrier. Charmine's body became rigid and her hands became fists just in case. " Be ready" Aeschylus whispered to Charmine, his upper lip still curled.

((OOC: Oh man... Really sorry, I kind of forgot about this place.. well... I forgot about all of my RP's board for a month there K posting now ))
Kayla looked from the new coming girl to Emrys and back and forth. Since the event had happened, People seemed to be on edge. She was looking how both of them were into a fighting pause. Next to her, Dominus sat down, very relaxed. They both new that this girl wasn't much of a threat to them. Kayla remembered her from when she was invited to Jordan College for a special History show. She had walked around Jordan and remembered the girl from there.
Kayla leaned against the wall and then said "What you two are doing now is a waste of time, I hope you know. While you two are arguing like this, the church people are probably getting away as we speak." Dominus looked up at Kayla growling a little bit. "What? I'm just saying the truth here. We all want to take down the church. So the witch has to learn faster how to know who we can trust and who we can't."
Kayla then turned to the new coming girl and said "And just to warn you, these two are witches, so I'm not too sure if you stand a chance against him. Coz I sure know I probably don't."

" Witches or not it doesn't matter" Charmine spat back at the girl. Aeschylus sheathed and unsheathed his wickedly sharp claws. She felt the wind ruffle her hair a little but she thought nothing of it. Relaxing a bit, she reached inside her messenger and took out an apple. She bit into it, sweet juice blissfully rolling in her mouth. She eyed the other people warily and took out three more apples and held it out to them. It couldn't hurt to be nice could it?

((OOC: Hurray! Active-ness again!)) Emrys relaxed, his muscles (including his mind) untensing. An enemy of the church? That was good. "I apologize for doubting you. I couldn't be sure; I truly do not know how far the church's reach extends. We, too, are enemies of the church for one reason or another. If the others agree, I would be glad to have you join us. We are seeking to disrupt the church, and -" He broke off, unsure of how much to tell her. "Well, I would not wish to tell you more unless you agree and the others agree for you to join this group; I would not want to put you in any danger." He reached for an apple. "May I have one of these? I have been having trouble finding any cheap ones."

((OOC: Could you possibly not do one liners... coz I tend to just ignore these posts when they happen... I'm not being mean or anything... I just hate them lol...))
Kayla took the apple that was handed to her. She was kind of hungry as their meal time had been cut short by all of this church drama happening. She took a bite of the apple. She laughed at Emrys' comment about how apples were pricey. "They're not all that pricey if you learn to bargain with these merchants. Most of them are poor and but prices so high. But I guess you don't come around here all that often so you haven't learned how to do that."
Dominus standed back up from his calm position and advanced a little bit towards the church's way. Being a tiger deamon had it's good advantages as he had really good hearing. He looked over to the other tiger deamon, expecting him to have had the same reaction as him. He then turned up to Kayla and said "I hear cries."
